Well versed in strategy development processes, Peter can deliver training or a workshop, or facilitate, consult on or deliver a strategy for your business or function, and help turn it into tactics and an action plan that will deliver.

As an Interim he can go on to delivering the appropriate organisational design, restructuring, roles and responsibilities, development centres, training, KPIS and reporting to ensure that strategies are embedded and results measured.

Sales and Marketing

Peter has a particularly strong track record of sales transformation, with experience in Grocery, Convenience, Wholesales and Independent Retail including National Accounts, Field Marketing and service selling.

As a result Peter has significant experience of defining and delivering target sales operating models, and in creating and delivering training programmes from basic steps to the call through to New Business, Account Management, budgeting and planning & etc.

With experience of transforming teams of up to 240 and management of sales P&Ls of up to £430m, Peter has the experience to deliver a solution for your business.

S&OP and Supply Chain

Peter's experience stretches to S&OP and Supply Chain, with hands on management experience in developing  sales and operational planning processes and leading procurement and inbound supply chain process improvement.

Logistics and Distribution

Peter also has strong management experience in logistics analysis, network modelling, inventory management, production planning and route to market transformation, including in industry recognised restructure of a 900 strong national delivery team saving over £3m p.a.
